Pait Pooja Restaurant, a traditional Pakistani dining spot located in Dubai, is urgently looking to hire a skilled and experienced Cook. The ideal candidate must be proficient in preparing Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi cuisines including curries, BBQ, biryani, snacks, and tandoor items.

Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (based on experience)
- Accommodation & Meals: Provided by the restaurant
- Employment Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided as per UAE Labor Law
- Annual Leave: Paid, with air ticket after contract completion
- Overtime Pay: As per UAE regulations
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals according to restaurant menu and quality standards
- Handle cooking of traditional Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and food preparation timing
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation of dishes
- Work as part of a team under the Head Chef or kitchen supervisor
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role (restaurant or catering)
- Must know how to cook:
✔️ Pakistani Karahi, Nihari, Haleem, BBQ
✔️ Indian Curries, Snacks (Samosa, Pakora)
✔️ Bangladeshi-style meals (optional but preferred)
✔️ Tandoor (Roti/Naan) - Strong knowledge of South Asian spices and food techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Teamwork and time management skills
